Dr. Bird received a Bachelor of Science in General Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Delta State University. In 2001, he graduated from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity and in 2009 he completed his Doctor of Ministry from NOBTS. He is married to Donna Brown Bird and they have 1 daughter Anna Ray Sherman who is married to Scott Sherman and 1 grandson, Riley Scott Sherman.

Joel has an AA Degree from Meridian Community College and a BS Degree in Health Administration from Kennedy Western University. He is married to Pam Speights Harrison and they have 1 son, Luke.

Marsha obtained her AA degree from Meridian Junior College, Bachelors and Masters in Special Education and her Educational Specialist from Mississippi State-Meridian. She is retiring after twenty-eight years in education this summer.

She has been involved in church music since before she was born as her parents were involved in the ministry at that time. Her best memories are of close family harmonies on Sunday mornings. Her involvement includes but is not limited to preschool, children, youth, and adult choirs, handbells, media team, and praise team. 

Her passion for ministry is that everyone recognizes their talents and gifts and uses them to contribute to corporate worship for the benefit of praise to our Father. To Him be all the glory!!

Marsha is married to Joe and they have 1 son, Barrett.
